1. The Program

SPG provides a specialized training and consultancy program designed to assist professionals in transitioning from traditional 9-5 roles into Remote Sales positions. Our services include sales psychology training, resume optimization, and direct assistance in sourcing and applying for remote sales opportunities.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While SPG provides the tools, training, and networking assistance necessary to succeed in a remote sales environment, results are not guaranteed. * Individual Effort: Success in this program is heavily dependent on the candidate's personal commitment, interview performance, and application volume.

  • Market Conditions: Hiring decisions are made solely by third-party employers. SPG does not guarantee a specific salary, start date, or employment offer.

3. Training & Placement Assistance

  • Training: Candidates will receive access to proprietary sales methodologies and high-ticket closing techniques.

  • Assistance: We provide placement assistance by identifying remote roles that match the candidate's skill set and providing referrals where applicable. This is a supportive service and does not constitute a legal obligation to secure a job for the candidate.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide truthful information regarding their past work experience and qualifications. Any fabrication of credentials discovered during the training or placement process may result in immediate termination from the program without a refund.

5. Data & Privacy

By participating, you grant SPG permission to share your professional profile and resume with our network of partner companies and potential employers for the purpose of recruitment and placement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SPG is a consultancy and training entity. We are not liable for the practices, culture, or financial stability of any third-party companies where a candidate may be placed. Any employment contract entered into is strictly between the candidate and the hiring company.
